Checkout Checklist
Strip all beds that have been used.
Wash sheets and all towels *wash all towels the night before departure if you can it will be easier on you.
Wash all dishes pans pots and put away.
Make sure all garbage is taken out of house.
Remove food from refrigerator. Vacuum house.
Turn off water in front bedroom closet.
Return everything you have used to where you found it
Turn off propane tank to BBQ and clean it.
Please turn off all lights, Fans and A/C unit.
heat (set heat at lowest point 55 degrees)
Dehumidifier please make sure it on with the timer
If fireplace is used please clean out fireplace (PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF HOT EMBERS)
Close all windows, set alarm and lock the house
